    • Only items purchased directly from Iconic Outfit's Website qualify for returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Return Process:

    • Visit our Return Portal at Iconic Outfit and enter your order details.

    • Choose the reason for return and follow instructions for shipping.

  • Refunds: 

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges:
