    • Only items purchased directly from Iconic Outfit's Website qualify for returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    • Choose the reason for return and follow instructions for shipping.

  • Refunds: 

    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: 

    • Exchanges are allowed based on product availability. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We’ll process a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Return Tracking:

    • Please retain proof of return shipping. Iconic Outfit is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.
